Abstract(in English) In Wireless LAN's infrastructure mode, several terminals use the same AP (Access Point) to share wireless bandwidth. Terminals making TCP communications will get more and more bandwidth which results in difficulty for the terminals making video streaming to get enough bandwidth. In this paper, we propose a cross layer control algorithm which adjusts the TCP window size adequately by using wireless channel occupancy information. We show that the proposed control scheme improves quality of communication for video streaming by modulating bandwidth for TCP communications. The quality is evaluated by using QoE (Quality of Experience) assessment techniques based on the ITU-T J.247.
