| 抄録(和) | 本研究では人体内でも形状変化が大きい臓器である臓器に注目して,統計的形状モデル作成のための統計解析法について比較・検討した.形状表現方法としては異なる症例間の輪郭の対応関係の決定が不要なLevel Setを用いた.また,モデル化のための統計解析法としては,PCA,Kernel PCA,Isometric Projection,Manifold Chartingに注目し,入力データへの重み付けの有無についても比較した.178症例のCT像を用いた交差検定法により,正確に形状を表現する能力,不自然な形状を排除する能力の2点に注目して統計解析手法を比較した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper studies on statistical analysis methods for constructing a statistical shape model of pancreas whose shape variation is large. A level set was employed to represent the shape of pancreas, because it does not require correspondence between boundaries of different cases. We focused on PCA, Kernel PCA, Isometric Projection and Manifold Charting as statistical analysis methods to construct a statistical shape model, and compared the performance of models with and without weight to an input level set. Cross validation test using 178 CT volumes was performed to compare the statistical analysis methods from the point of view of generalization and specificity, each of which assesses the performance to represent an unknown shape and exclude an invalid shape, respectively. |
