Abstract(in English)	Product liability precedents were examined in terms of product safety. As a result, some of the precedents were not consistent with the principles of current product safety. Therefore, when you use a product liability precedent to improve product safety, you should consider the issues and their protective measures based on the principles of product safety, in yourself independent from the decision. When proceeding product liability suit, the plaintiff parties in particular should investigate well and insist on the state of the art knowledge related to product safety in order not to make such precedent.
