| Abstract(in English) | The second edition of IEC 61508 was issued. The present paper describes the changes in the terminology and terms of the second edition, and raises several points of technical contents to discuss those problem areas. In addition, ISO/DIS 26262 is compared with IEC 61508 to clarify where those standards essentially stand. |
