| 抄録(和) | 描いた絵を裏返して見ると、そのまま表から見たときに比べて、明らかに歪んで見えることがある。これは絵を描く人々がしばしば直面する問題と考えられており、絵を描く機会のある学生に実際にアンケートをとったところ、ほぼ全員が「裏返して見ると歪んでいると感じることがある」と答えた。しかし、絵を描いた本人以外が見ても同様のことが起こるのか、必ず裏返しの絵の方が歪んで見えるのかなど、詳しいことは分かっていない。本研究では、身近な対象である「人の顔」の絵を用い、絵の反転と知覚される歪みの大きさとの関係を、他の要因も交えながら調べた。 |
| 抄録(英) | When a drawn picture is observed from the back of the sheet, it sometimes looks distorted compared with when it is seen from the front. This seems to be a problem with which people who draw pictures are often confronted. In fact, in a questionnaire, almost all the students who sometimes or often drew pictures answered that they had experienced that problem. However, details of the problem are not well understood: for example, whether the same phenomenon arises for observers who are not the drawers of the picture, or whether the reversed pictures always look more distorted than those which are not reversed. In this study, by using pictures of human faces, which are familiar objects to us, we examined the relationship among the reverse of pictures, perceived distortion of them and other factors. |
