Abstract(in English) | We are developing plugins for an image processing software ImageJ, which is an open source software and in public domain, for extracting the vocal tract area functions from volumetric MRI data. ImageJ is written in Java, which allows it to run various computers. ImageJ users can automate tasks using macros and can extend the function of the software by developing plugins, and many macros and plugins have been released from institutes and individuals. We are implementing the vocal tract area function extraction method proposed by Takemoto et al. (2006) as two plugins of ImageJ. Built-in image processing functions of ImageJ allow us to develop the plugins efficiently. |
