Abstract(in English) Twitter is micro-blogging service. Twitter users can send and read short messages, called tweet. There are various tweets, some of them are useful information and some are not. Present authors analyzed Twitter and show that Twitter can be a useful information gathering tool using a proposing method. In this manuscript, it is proposed that algorithm the method for estimation social estimating the information value of a tweet using the number of retweets and word frequency.
