| 抄録(和) | 双極性障害と鬱病性障害とは異なる精神疾患であり、治療方法や処方薬も異なっている.しかし、両者の患者の症状は類似している場合が多く、診察において両者を明確に区別することは容易ではない.一方、樹木画試験は、被験者に実のなる木を描いてもらう心理テストであり、この試験は健康保険でも認められていて、心療内科等で広く実施されている.双極性障害と鬱病性障害の患者がそれぞれ描画した樹木画を画像解析し、両者の画像特徴量の差異を調べた.この結果、画像特徴量のマハラノビス距離を用いて判別分析をすることにより、両者を識別することが可能となった.この手法は心療内科の診察に有用である. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we present the method of distinguishing between bipolar disorder and monopolar depressive using a tree-drawing test. Bipolar disorder is different from monopolar depressive. However, the symptoms of both are similar, and thus it is difficult to distinguish bipolar disorder and monopolar depressive. Tree-drawing test has often been used in psychosomatic internal medicine as a conventional psychological test. We analyzed pictures of this test using an image processing method, and calculated the characteristic quantities. We also performed the discriminant analysis using these indices. As a result, we could distinguish between these bipolar disorder and monopolar depressive using this method. |
