Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The HIE(Hybrid Implicit-Explicit)-FDTD method which is applicable to the analysis of the shielding effectiveness of an enclosure has been proposed. This method is very useful for the simulation of computational domain with thin cell such as PCB. In addition, in this method since the computational domain is divided along the x and y directions same as FDTD method, this method is suitable for the parallel computing. This paper describes the HIE-FDTD method implemented on the GPGPU (General Purpose computing on Graphic Processing Unit) for massively parallel electromagnetic field simulation. Finally, it is shown that the performance of the HIE-FDTD method by GPGPU is much superior to the HIE-FDTD method with single CPU.
