On Transforming UML Communication Diagrams to UML State Machine Diagrams by Deleting T-T Bridges

Abstract(in English) Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an architecture style to build up a information system composing a set of system components, each of which is called a service. In this paper, we propos a method to transform UML communication diagrams into UML state machine diagrams as a framework to develop systems based on SOA. The proposed method uses Petri nets as intermediate models, and generates a UML state machine diagram directly from a Petri net by deleting T-T bridges.
