Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose the video conferencing system which change the audio and video quality according to the inline measurement results of the available bandwidth of the network path. We propose two types of application-level implementation methods for bandwidth measurement, which take different trade-off relationships between measurement accuracy and CPU load. From experimental results we confirm the effectiveness of the proposed measurement method.
