Abstract(in English) In this report, we investigate the effect of playout buffering control in a remote instruction system using haptic media, voice and video by QoE (Quality of Experience) assessment. In the system, a teacher teaches a student how to write characters. We assess the operability of haptic interface device, voice output quality, video output quality, interactivity, and comprehensive quality as QoE. We also evaluate the application-level QoS (Quality of Service), and we demonstrate that it is possible to estimate QoE parameters from QoS parameters with a high degree of accuracy.
