Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The quality of network is actually ultimately evaluated by users who use the service supplied by it. Although the conception of QoE (Quality of Experience) has been proposed and considered important recently, it has not commonly used to evaluate the quality of network yet. QoE usually has a nonlinear relationship with QoS (Quality of Service) which is usually a set of objective indices for evaluation. In this paper, how the optimization of OSPF routing reflects in both QoS and QoE is discussed by using the example of content download, and it is shown that there is an improvement of 60% in QoS and 10% in QoE through the optimization of OSPF routing. From the viewpoint of users' utility, the complete optimization of OSPF routing is not necessary, and the quasi-optimization is enough.
