Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We have been continuing research in regard to a wireless Ad-Hoc Network having fault-tolerant functions. The advanced fault-tolerant networks are still behaving well in the cases of power loss, network cable failure and partial infringement of the system. Also, we have developed a Regional Protection System in which children carry terminals, and the packets that are transmitted from these are received by transponders installed in various locations, and then sent on to the server as a useful application that works with the network in normal times. In this system, we use ARIB STD-T67 of the specific low power radio as the communication protocol between devices. However, in the conventional protocol, collisions frequently occur at locations where there are many terminals. To solve the problem, separately from a timer measuring small time, we innovate the timer measuring big time to decide random delay time. We propose a protocol to minimize such collisions with this new timer, and evaluate the effectiveness of this method via simulation. |
