Abstract(in English) We have developed a 10-Gbps network monitoring system based on an off-the-shelf PC with our novel network interface card (NIC) which have network monitoring extensions. By using the platform, we have achieved high-resolution and precise network monitoring for such high-speed network services. To efficiently share the measurement data, an integrated network monitoring environment, called perfSONAR, have been studied among the world. By using perfSONAR, network operators in different domains can retrieve the other-site measurement data via standardized message formats. In this paper, we explain how we have implemented perfSONAR suitable for high-resolution measurement data determined by our platform.
