| 抄録(和) | 本報告ではベイジアンネットワーク(Bayesian Network)を用いた株価指数の変動に関する確率的構造の解明について取り上げた。具体的には、既存のデータによる学習を行ったベイジアンネットワークを用いて推論し、その結果と現実に起きたイベントの実情と比較することにより、ベイジアンネットワークを用いた予測の精度を求め、ベイジアンネットワークの有効性を確認した一方、さらに推論の精度を高めるための方法についても検討した。 |
| 抄録(英) | This study deals with the prediction of changes of stock prices based upon a Bayesian Network. A Bayesian Network can be used to describe the dependencies among a set of random variables (factors). In this study, the stochastic structure of the changes of stock prices, namely, the stochastic relationships among the factors are presented by a Bayesian Network. The Bayesian Netowrk is optimized by maching learning based upon the given information (learning data). The effectiveness of the Bayesian Network is confirmed by comparing the inference results with the events happened in the real world. Some measures are discussed and considered to improve the accuracy of the inference of the Bayesian Network. |
