Abstract(in English) The authors demonstrate the feasibility of structures to realize circular polarization and dual polarization use in waveguide slot array antennas with a full-corporate feed circuit on the bottom layer. The circularly polarized elements reduce the difference in their excitation by placing a narrow exciting slot between a radiating aperture and a cavity. The bandwidth for axial ratio less than 3dB is 5% by controlling the length and the width of the radiating aperture, including the resonant length. The dual polarization use is realized by combining a conventional feed waveguide with longitudinal slots and the other feed waveguide consisting of an E-bend and transverse slots. High isolation more than 50dB is achieved because of cut-off operation against the feed waveguide for the orthogonal polarization, by crossing these two slots perpendicularly at their center.
