Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Orbiter-to-lander tracking experiments for the Martian orbiter and lander have been proposed to achieve the accuracy in the order of 1 mas (mill-arc second) to detect Martian rotation variation. Utilizing the heritage of four-way Doppler measurements by SELENE, we plan to observe the Martian lander relayed by an orbiter. We also introduce the new technology called inverse VLBI. Including the systematic phase noise, the accuracy for the rotation is estimated to be better than 3 mas.
