Abstract(in English) In recent years, providing information technology have been a focus of constant attention other than visual and auditory. With tactile sense, a considerable number of studies have been conducted on haptic device. One of haptic device, Tactile Visual Display. Tactile Visual Display can display graphic information as braille graphic. It is necessary to avoid presentations other than intended information as much as possible when imparting information by using braille graphic. In this report, the system to which a sighted person and a visually impaired person who used a tactile visual display are able to do the communication was developed.
