Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Until now, there is not a writing implement with serving a ink on the paper that the visually-impaired children can draw and understand it by touching. On the other hand, the visually-impaired children and the visually-impaired school teacher request the practical use of the tactile drawing pen. In this study, using bees wax as ink we developed the tactile drawing pen for visually-impaired children. It is useful not only as a tool to make pictures and figures for the whole education of the visually-impaired children, but as a tool for art.
