A Systematic Analysis of the Practical Reports on the Use of Assistive Technology in the classrooms of Special Needs Education Schools

Abstract(in English) In this study, the authors classified 2,345 papers using one of the powerful text mining tools, PASW Text Analytics for Surveys of the SPSS. The papers we analyzed were practical research papers regarding use of educational/assistive technology by school teachers in Special Needs Education Schools and Special Needs Education Centers. Keywords were refined by the authors after extracted by the tool to correct its unclearness such as misspelling, synonyms, and so on. The authors also proposed categorical items for better classification of practical research papers in this field.
