Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The crosstalk of microstrip lines placed closely on a printed circuit board (PCB) is an important issue. Recently, because the dimension of a PCB tends to decrease, for high density packaging, the effects of ground with vias and slots for the crosstalk between lines on such a small PCB may be critical. However there was few papers investigating such the crosstalk of a small PCB. In this paper, the authors discussed the method using multi-transmission line method in order to analyze the crosstalk induced in a microstrip line on a PCB with slot. And, by comparing with results of the FDTD method, the validity of the analysis method based multi-conductor transmission lines theory for a PCB with a slot was shown roughly.
