Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a switch for a millimeter wave post-wall waveguide, slits are made atjoining parts ofa through hole and conductor plates and they are loaded with RF switches. Numerical calculation using HFSS shows that the switches must be separated from the through hole to obtain high transmission and that a large change of transmission can be obtained by adjusting the separation within a half wavelength. When the switches are too large to load in the slits, a large change of transmission can be obtained by putting the switches closely over the slit although the bandwidth is narrowed.
