| 抄録(英) | The paper describes synchronizing schemes for the layered streams of SVC (Scalable Video Coding) over the satellite broadcasting network using two independent RF channels. The SVC signal includes a base layer stream and an enhancement layer stream. Each stream is packetized into an MPEG-2 transport stream and transmitted on a separate RF channel through the satellite broadcasting system. The satellite broadcasting receiver is required to synchronize each layered stream together to recover the original video signal. The four schemes to synchronize the two layered streams in an SVC decoder are proposed and analyzed. |
