Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose a color transfer method for an illustration. In the proposed method, first, colors in input and reference images are clustered in the CIELAB color space. Then, the correspondence of input color's clusters to reference's ones is determined and used for color transfer. Dominant colors in a reference image can preferentially used in the color transfer in an advanced method to reflect color information of a reference image. Moreover, in advanced method, it also be possible that low-saturation colors in an input image are not change so much to obtain a natural recoloring result.
