Abstract(in English) | Dichromats have a difficulty concerning discrimination of particular color pairs and it sometimes prevent them from understanding of information in color images. In this report, we propose a color conversion method for contrast improvement which modifies lightness components perceived by dichromats. A feature of the proposed color conversion is achieving contrast improvement for protanopia and deuteranopia simultaneously. Moreover, a gamut mapping is carried out in the proposed method. |
