| Abstract(in English) | Nowadays, the housing industry is at a turning point because of the long-term decrease of new housing constructions and the change of the government's policy. On the other hand, it is considered that information and communication technologies (ICT), including HEMS, will play a big role against the backdrop of Smart Grid. In this manuscript, we survey how the ICT has an impact on houses, especially focusing on the possibility of home care suitable for aging. |
