Abstract(in English) In emergency medical service, rescue crew have to transmit the accurate medical information to doctors. IKOMA119 project which is joined by NAIST and Ikoma fire department had developed emergency medical support system (Mobile ER) which can help rescue crew by transfering patient's information to a doctor. In Mobile ER, doctors and rescue crew are sharing condition of patient. using medical information and real-time video transmission to support communication. In this paper, Mobile ER goals at shortening the time about information transfer to several hospital by rescue crew. We developed a prototype of a database that can be shared observed aggregate information by rescue crew with doctor in hospital.
