Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose the method to extract and classify strong points in sightseeing area as support techniques to develop sightseeing area. This method consists of two steps. One is an affective blog analysis to extract the strong points, and the other is a clustering both by the semantic attributes of verbs and adjectives and by the BM25 score of nouns that express the character of the area. In the trial of our method, the strong points were extracted and classified from blogs about "Enoshima beach," "Wakasa bay" and "Sanriku coast." This method reduced the sentences that the developer should read.
