Abstract(in English) | I-III-VI_2 chalcopyrite semiconductors were already used for solar cell, LED and nonlinear optical devices. Especially, AgGaSe_2 crystals have anisotropic properties because of large-nonlinear coefficient. In this paper, we investigated anisotropic properties of AgGaSe_2 crystals from in terms of thermal properties. |
