Abstract(in English) We observed the magnetization state and flux distribution of magnetic recording head for HDD by using electron holography with nano meter spatial resolution. It was precise that the relation between pole erasure and material property of writer pole by domain structure analysis in the writer pole. We observed the magnetic flux distribution of pseudo SUL on a writer pole, as a result, the magnitude of magnetic flux corresponded to the SUL magnetic property. Then, we demonstrated to observe and estimate the generated flux distribution of outside of magnetic recording.
