Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, the metallic particle is developed in fine pores of SBA-15 with the nonelectrolyte plating, and because whether the metal was able to be filled was examined, it reports. The magnetization curve of Co showed ferromagnetism with hysteresis with the plating of ten hours. It has been understood that Co does the catalysis of the nonelectrolyte plating. As a result of the STEM image, Co of the nonelectrolyte plating existed in not only fine pores but also the particle surfaces. Moreover, the surface does the same shape as an internal pore surface, and the structure that Co is adsorbed easily. Therefore, the particle surface to touch the plating liquid easily is thought that plating is early.
