Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have demonstrated a reconfigurable data-path (RDP) prototype using the single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuits fabricated with the ISTEC Nb 10kA/cm^2 advanced process (ADP). The SFQ-RDP serves an accelerator for future 10 teraflops supercomputing systems. We have designed a 2x2 SFQ-RDP that was composed of two arrays connected serially with reconfigurable operand routing networks, where each array had two sets of an arithmetic logic unit and a transfer unit. In this work, we redesigned each component by considering the careful timing design and the configuration of the circuits for the first demonstration of SFQ-RDP using ADP. This led to the demonstration of the 2x2 SFQ-RDP up to 45GHz for any reconfiguration.
