Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we categorize the types of information which terminals can get in association with IMS/RANs in order to evaluate the performance of IEEE1900.4 signaling. According to the evaluation of throughput under the category, it shows two things; (1) IEEE1900.4 signaling contributes to provide stable communications to cognitive terminals, and (2) association between IEEE1900.4 and IMS/RAN improves efficiency of spectrum usage. Furthermore, the result also shows a possibility to gain 30% more throughput by using push signaling framework which is generally implemented in presence server on IMS.
