| Abstract(in English) | The current explosive increase in the amount of data traffic requires optical interconnection technology even for short distance data links. We have developed "Optoelectronic Ferrule" for application to optical interconnection which eliminates the need for precise core alignment, thus making it possible to manufacture optical modules at lower costs. In this paper, we demonstrate a 12chx10Gbit/s transmission Active Optical Cable in CXP module with Optoelectronic Ferrule. |
