Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Identity-based Encryption (IBE) is approaching to practical use recently, but several significant points to be solved remain yet. One of these points is implementation of an independent general purpose Key Generation Center (KGC) which publishes public parameters of a KGC and generates a private key of a user in response to user requests. In this paper, a KGC system which supports RFC standards is implemented using C# and .NET ASP on Windows Web Server 2008 and Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.5. The proposed KGC system is evaluated by a handmade BB1 tool enabling communication with a RFC supported KGC system.
