| 抄録(和) | 接触場面とは,目標言語による母語話者と非母語話者間のインターアクション場面である.近年は,情報通信技術の発展に伴い,第二言語を学ぶ学習者が空間的に離れている相手と遠隔の接触場面においてコミュニケーションすることも可能になった.そこで,対面接触場面と遠隔接触場面の療法から談話データを収集し,ミクロレベルの分析を行った.その後,ミクロレベルで言語的特徴(linguistic features)を検証することにとどまらず,よりマクロレベルの社会言語的・社会文化的分析を加えた.これは,談話の中で明示的に現れる言語的特徴だけを調査対象とする研究の限界を克服するための試みであった.これらの研究結果からは,技術の進歩がめざましい現代社会において,どうすれば効果的で円滑なコミュニケーションができるのか,様々な示唆点を得ることができた. |
| 抄録(英) | A "contact situation" generally refers to communication between a native and a nonnative speaker through the use of a target language. However, more recently, with the development of information and communication technology, it is now possible for L2 learners to communicate in "distant" contact situations. From the very beginning of my study on Japanese Applied Linguistics, I have mainly focused on the contact situations between a native and a nonnative speaker by comparing computer-mediated communication with face-to-face communication at the micro-level. Later, I carried out more macro-level investigations by adding the socio-linguistic and socio-cultural aspects to my linguistic analysis. This represented an effort to overcome the limitations of solely focusing on the explicit linguistic features of the discourse. |
