| 抄録(和) | 職場において,自分より目上の相手に対人葛藤を抱いた際,実践が難しいとされる自分の意見を表明する方略を用いて葛藤を解決した当事者のインタビューをもとに,アサーションに関わるプロセスを質的に分析した.事例では,葛藤の生起要因が業務体制や風土の問題であっても,これらの問題が自己利益に関わる場合,意見内容の正当性に確信がもてれば,上司に自分の意見を言う決断をしていた.組織内の立場関係や相手の性格などの不安要素は,意見を言う決断には影響せず,どの方略を用いるかという選択に関わることが明らかにされた.また,相互行為の中で新たに葛藤が生じた場合は,瞬時に解決したい課題を転換し,相手の様子を見ながら方略を選択し,修正を行うことが明らかとなった. |
| 抄録(英) | The study to be reported in this presentation is a qualitative analysis of assertive communication based on interviews with office workers. The interviews suggest that they resolved conflicts in the workplace by asserting their opinions against their superiors, when the issues affected their own personal well-being and when they were sure of the legitimacy of their opinions, even through the primary factor that caused the conflict was organizational problem and/or corporate workplace cultures. Concerns regarding power structures within the organization or personality issues of the participants did not influence their approach but affected the choice of particular strategy to be employed. |
