| 抄録(和) | プロジェクトが失敗する原因の一つに,各担当者のスキルのレベルをプロジェクトマネージャが正しく認識できず,タスクの割り当てが正しく行われていないことが挙げられる.本論文では,過去に経験したシステムとそこで習得したスキルが蓄積された,各担当者毎のユーザモデルを元に,タスク割当の妥当性を提示する推論システムを提案する.推論システムは,タスクモデルより,各担当者に割り当てられたタスクに対して必要なスキルおよびそのレベルを取得する.さらにユーザモデルより,当該担当者が過去に習得したスキルおよびそのレベルを取得する.これらのスキルが今回のタスクで活用出来るかどうかをシステム類似度等から判断し,タスク割当の妥当性をプロジェクトマネージャに示す.本システムについて,実際の開発現場に即した事例を元に評価を行い,その有効性を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | One of the reasons why the project fails is that the project manager cannot correctly recognize the skill level of the person-in-charge and thereby the task is not correctly allocated. In this paper, it proposes a inference system that presents the validity of the task allocation based on the user model of person in charge where the system experienced in the past and the skill acquired are accumulated. The proposed inference system acquires necessary skills and their levels for the task allocated by each person in charge from the task model. In addition, it acquires the skills and their levels that the person in charge acquired in the past practical accomplishments from the user model. It judges whether to be able to use these skills of the levels by this task from the system similarity calculation etc, and shows the validity of the task allocation to the project manager. We evaluated the proposed system by applying an example of actual software development field to it and confirmed the effectiveness. |
