Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Sliding scars of the three kinds of W systems composite materials containing solid lubricants have been studied by the tapping mode AFM and surface potential microscope (SPoM). By the previous report, the observations of these sliding scars have been made used of two-dimension section analysis and tapping AFM image. By this report, three-dimension surface analysis were examined for the distribution and the pitch difference distribution of the conductive metal on the sliding scars. The conductive parts which the pitch difference was large, and was near to a partner electrode understood that surface potential was low electric potential. The composite materials of the low contact resistance are observed many conductive metals from the light and shade image on the sliding scars and the composite materials of the low coefficient of friction are observed many solid lubricants on the sliding scars.
