Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Synchronization in pulse-coupled oscillators have been widely investigated over many years. In the wireless sensor network, pulse-coupled oscillators have been regarded as one of the effective schemes for time synchronization. Our previous studies, [Konishi and Kokame, 2008] and [Okuda, Konishi, Kokame, 2009], investigated only the complete synchronization in pulse-coupled oscillators with a refractory period and frequency distribution. This paper focuses on phenomena in the parameter region where the complete synchronization does not occur. We reveal numerically that the two types of clustering synchronization can occur outside of the complete-synchronization parameter region.
