Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses the overview of green technology enabled by MEMS and BEANS, in particular, highlighting silicon-based micro gas turbine and gastric-fluid utilizing micro battery to generate electricity, plant water content sensor as an environmental sensor, and carbon fixing using bacteria enabled by BEANS technology. |
