Abstract(in English) In order to alleviate the design criteria such that the input dynamic range becomes small and that the amplifier gain can not be high because of the low output impedance of transistors in circuits in sub-100 nm LSI process, we propose the use of the positive feedback to enhance the linearity of circuits. The 2^ order low-pass filter was designed by adopting the scheme and realized the high-performance.
