| 抄録(和) | 潰瘍性大腸炎の診断には、内視鏡所見分類と生検病理組織所見分類が用いられる。本検討では23枚の大腸内視鏡画像にテンプレートマッチングを適応させ、血管抽出を行った。抽出した血管の特徴として、細線化処理から血管長さ、ラベリング処理から血管本数、平均血管長さを抽出した。その中で血管本数としきい値に対する推移から高さと半値幅、急峻さを求め生検病理組織所見分類との対比を行った。その結果、血管本数のしきい値に対する高さと生検病理組織所見との相関係数.07288が得られた. |
| 抄録(英) | The endoscope opinion classification and the biopsy pathology organization opinion classification are used for the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. The template match was made to adjust to 23 large intestine endoscope images in this examination, and the vessel extraction was done. It characterizes about the extracted blood vessel, and it has been extracted that the number of the blood vessel and the average blood vessel length from processing of the labeling ..the blood vessel length.. from the line thinning processing. Height, the half value width, and steep were requested from the transition to the number of the blood vessel and the threshold from among that, it compared with the biopsy pathology organization opinion classification, and the maximum correlation in that requested the obtained parameter. As a result, height to threshold of number of blood vessel and correlation coefficient with biopsy pathology organization opinion. 07288 was obtained. |
