Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, a tunable notch filter using variable inductance characteristics of a varactor diode for ultra-wide band was experimentally examined. First, the impedance characteristics of the varactor diode were measured using a SMA connector and converted into equivalent element values in order to asume its inductive components for the tunable filter. From these results the tunable notch filter were experimentally fabricated using these results and measured results shows that the attenuation pole from 3.1 to 3.4 GHz were realized. And, the results of two stage tunable filter shows that high attenuation characteristics of -16 dB were realized on 3.1 GHz.
