Abstract(in English) 160-Gb/s NRZ-DQPSK optical modulation with full-ETDM technique is successfully demonstrated. A development of an optical IQ moduator with novel functions, which are broad bandwidth and low half-wave voltage, can realize ultra-high-speed modulation.
