Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In globally operated companies, service efficiency and business integrity are getting more and more important. In this paper, we focus on governance aspect in the service provisioning with respect to people and organization. We model a notion of "accountability" to define the relationship among business goal, evidence of the achievement, and who is the stakeholder to compute if people or organization is accountable or not. By combining business activity monitoring capability, we propose the "accountability computing" to assess the governance of more organization in semi-automated way.
