Abstract(in English) We developed an integrated 4ch-WDM optics with 4ch-PD array for a compact 100 Gbps Ethernet ROSA. It accomplishes loss of less than 0.8dB, optical isolation of more than 20 dB among all the channels, and small footprint of 8mm×5mm.
