Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) New composite materials expected for sliding electrical contact materials are evaluated contact resistance and coefficient of friction. In previous paper, composite materials made use of WS_2, C, etc. at 40, 50 and 60 (Vol%) as lamella solid lubricants are experimented in changed sliding speed. As a result, as sliding speed increased, the contact resistance decreased. In this paper, detail of contact resistance and coefficient of friction by current increasing are examined. As a result, amount of solid lubricant are increased, contact resistance remarkably decreased. When the low contact resistance films are shown, the solid lubricants films are destroyed easily.
