Abstract(in English) We have evaluated the performance of the 4x4 SFQ switch which was designed and fabricated using ISTEC Advanced process 2(ADP2). The designed frequency was equal to 80 GHz and the switch operated correctly at the frequency up to 112 GHz. This value was twice higher than the operating speed of the 4x4 SFQ siwtch fabricated by ISTEC Standard Process 2(STP2). The 81 % reduction of the occupied area in comparison with the same design for STP2 was achieved by both the utilization of two additional layers dedicated to PTLs and 25 % reduction of sides of a unit logic cell.
